Tight with Tights

Just found this blog Too Many Tights! (pshaw!) and am in looooove. I think a really sweet vintage dress with some living out loud tights is such a great way to update something that might look...dated. Think smurf blue with a pale prairie dress, bright yellow with blue trapeze dresses, patterned florals with pencil skirts...
